Newtown Pa. - Publisher, Therapeutic Solutions Inc., LLC, announces the appointment of Peter P. Toth, MD, PhD., as Editor in Chief of The Journal of Applied Research in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics. Dr. Toth is a diplomate of the American Board of Family Practice and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the International College of Angiology, the Council on Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology of the American Heart Association, and the American College of Cardiology. He is a Visiting Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Medicine. Dr. Toth practices at the Sterling Rock Falls Clinic in Sterling, Illinois, where he is the Director of Preventive Cardiology.
Dr. Toth has authored and coauthored over 100 publications in numerous medical and scientific journals and textbooks, and has lectured on many areas of cardiovascular medicine throughout the United States. He has been cited in Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
Dr. Toth received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Michigan State University. He graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
The Journal of Applied Research in Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics is a peer reviewed, rapid publication, quarterly Journal. Its' mission is to promote excellence in the clinical practice of medicine by disseminating fundamental treatment knowledge, in all legitimate specialties, gained from prospective and retrospective research.
